Casey Meredith has over 17 years of experience in the call center and answering service industries. She joined our Pittsburgh location in 2007 as an agent, later promoted to supervisor, now as Director of Operations and since then has been a proactive member of our team. Her inquisitive nature promoted an interest in industry systems and software which led to her being involved in IT. Casey’s hands-on experience and innovative outlook offer our client’s new service opportunities that meet each and every one of their needs.

Jessica Volker has over 15 years’ experience in the call center and answering service industries. Her experience ranges from operations, to quality assurance and training, and business development. Jessica strives to educate and inform our new and existing clients about solutions available to them and to build lasting relationships. Jessica is a goal oriented, and motivated individual with a strong determination to provide quality service.

George Otte, Miami entrepreneur, is the CEO and President of Pittsburgh Telephone Answering Service. He has more than 15 years of multi-faceted business operations experience in a wide-range of industries, including computer technical support, call center and telephone answering services, fulfillment, and real estate investment.

Vicki Bassler is our Office Support/ Account Manager which has her involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. She has been working for PTAS since 1984 in various roles throughout her career. Her interaction with customers, including answering queries, enhancing the customer experience, and building relationships, is always her number one focus, which is why she has been in the industry for so long. Over the past nine years, Vicki has evolved her passion for billing, handling the invoicing and account management for our company.

Deb earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Duquesne University and went on to receive her Masters in Pastoral Counseling. She utilized her degrees as a teacher and counselor for 15 years before moving back to Pittsburgh in 2002 where she began working with a major BPO company as a Training & Quality Manager.
Deb currently works with Responsive as an Account Manager, connecting the needs of our clients to the skills of our agents and building foundations for successful partnerships.

Ivan Vassilev is a seasoned and skilled finance and accounting professional. He started his career in public accounting in 1999. He has over twenty-two years of public accounting and corporate finance experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Master of Accountancy degree from Truman State University. Ivan joined the Otte Polo team as a Chief Financial Officer in 2021. Ivan manages Otte Polo Group’s accounting and financial functions and processes and supervises the accounting and finance team. He is responsible for constantly providing the Founder & Chairman support in identifying financial opportunities and challenges for Otte Polo Group and its affiliates. Ivan brings a focus on improving the processes and operations of the accounting and finance department, raising its profile by setting high standards for quality and efficiency.

Vivian Borja is a dynamic, multicultural and multi-lingual senior marketing professional who has over 15 years of experience. She has built a reputable track record of business development and market share growth in places such as Johnson & Johnson, Covidien, and Western Union.
